When used as project Tool, it offers the possibility to launch any executable
from a project-icon, and can provide that exutable with any parameter you want,
including the (full)name of the project.
The latter can be accomplished automagically, by using the replacement string
{f] in the WBXCLI Tool Type.
When wbXcli encounters this string it will be automatically replaced with the
name of the project.
